There are always 4 main steps we need to do for all furniture quality inspection:
1st the package need to be checked, because more than 50% of claim related to weak package or wrong way of inner packing. Side mark printing issue also will cause necessary claims. So we will make sure the package is always the correct way.
2nd The size, weight and product information will be double checked.
3rd We ask all products to be checked under AQL 2.5 or if factory allow we will check as many possible percentage of the products to make sure no loss end. And color and appearance also were where a great percentage of claims came from.
4th We insist to do professional data collect for critical material. For example Wood products, we insist to do wood wet test for all wood components and every batch.
