3.American Expansion valve:
(1)Reduce the high pressure and throttle the cold liquid refrigerant from the side with high pressure, Making it a low temperature low pressure gas-liquid mixing refrigerants;
(2) Control the refrigerant flow into the evaporator to adjust cooling capacity of the system
and adapt to the change of external load.
4.Schneider AC relay, etc.5. We use SUS316 stainless steel for the salt water flake ice machine.
3. Application
The seawater flake ice machine adopts the production way of using the sea water directly to make ice on the fishing boat. But the real situation restrict the normal operation of the seawater flake ice machine such as seawater corrosion,ship shaking,long-time sailing and the unpredictable weather.Through studying the world markets conditions,the climate and the sea area's differences and after repeated experiments and researches, Vikingicesnow company developed its own flake ice machine producing technology which applicable to the large marines.The seawater flake ice machine produced by Vikingicesnow can be applied to a variety of different models of ocean fishing vessel.
4. Packaging & Delivery
The normal package is wooden box(Size: L*W*H).The wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
-Each set is packed in high quality foam + strong carton + wooden frame for export .
-We will install and test the machine for you before shippment,so that you just need to connect the water pipes and power.
-All necessary parts for installation are offered free of charge when delivery.
-And 100% inspection before shipment by professional quality inspection persons.
5. Installation
18 months after B/L date. Any failure occurred within this period due to our responsibility, we'll supply you the spare parts
for free and permanent technical support &consultation all life long for ice making machines. Assemble all the machine components , connect the power and water to the machine according to the installation book, it is easy to handle by any electrical or refrigeration technician, if any question you can call us at any time, our engineers will help you to fix it out. If you need our engineers going to the site for instruction, buyer should pay for visa fee, trip cost, expense of labor and accommodation.
