2.Makes embossed rubber Foxing sheets, bumper sheets and outsole sheets in mass production quantity for Converse, Vans, Nike, Adidas...vulcanized rubber casual shoes.
3.This system makes color foxing up to 3 colors efficiently in big quantity.
4.It also makes smooth toe caps sheets and logo sheets without air bubbles for mass production.
5.This system adopts Water Temperature Controllers to achieve consistent temperatures for mold, extruders, and embossing roller to stabilize productions and enable visualized production management.
6.CE compliance model is available per customer’s requirement.
